How can we grow the corporation? How to sustain the corporate performance & growth? A unified Corporate Performance Management(CPM) framework is presented. It unifies the present state of arts of proven management thinking and methodologies. In the previous session (Part 1) Mission, Vision, Value and SWOT were covered. This session, Part 2, covers the design of corporate strategies. Learning from the Market Development Life Cycle of Geoffrey Moore, Blue Ocean Strategy of Chan Kim, Disruptive Innovation of Clay Christensen and discovery your own core competence, you can know how to develop strategies that create a competitive advantage for sustained performance and growth.
